Accommodation ranges from Waikoloa Family Suites to Garden View Suites and the luxurious Sea Ranch Cottages, which boast large lanais complete with hot tubs and sweeping views of the ocean. Waikoloa Family Suites can accommodate up to six guests and come with a full kitchen and large dining area, as well as a living room with cable TV. Garden View Suites boast indoor and outdoor seating areas and a wet bar; while guests staying in the Sea Ranch Cottages can enjoy inclusive packages offering spa treatments, meals and other exclusive Travaasa experiences.
The resort is located at the end of the Hana Highway in Hana, on the east coast of Maui. The meandering journey there along the scenic Hana Highway can take anywhere between two and five hours depending on your driving pace and the number of stops you make to take in the coastal views and explore the waterfalls and fruit stalls you pass.
The Preserve Kitchen and Bar is an open-air restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and featuring live Hawaiian music and hula dancing throughout the week. The restaurant, which overlooks Hana Bay and Kauiki Hill, uses in-season, local ingredients and has a relaxed atmosphere to reflect Hana’s low-key lifestyle. The bar serves refreshing cocktails and a variety of other beverages, which are best enjoyed at sunset.
Families of up to six can stay in the spacious Waikoloa Family Suites, which have their own kitchen and dining area should you prefer to self-cater.
The Travaasa Hana offers a variety of activities covering five areas of interest: Adventure, Culinary, Culture, Fitness, and Spa & Wellness.
