An oasis of calm and tranquility, Khem Villas sits within thick forest and natural grassland, making it a haven for local wildlife such as foxes, crocodiles, deer, jungle cats and jackals, which can often be spotted within the grounds. The property also attracts various birdlife thanks to a number of small lakes.
Three accommodation options are available, including cottages, tents and rooms in the main building. All of the accommodation options have been built using locally-sourced materials.
The property offers three room choices. The cottages are spacious and secluded, finished with teak furniture. They feature an open-air bath and an outdoor shower, as well as a furnished patio area looking out into the gardens. The luxury tents are a popular choice with families. Each one has wooden floors, teak furniture and a small terrace area with seating that looks out over the tiger reserve. The property also has a handful of well-appointed double rooms in the main building, each with large bay windows looking out across the grounds. Spacious and tastefully decorated, they feature wooden floors and teak furniture.
Khem Villas is just a short jeep ride from the entrance of Ranthambhore National Park, with fantastic views of the surrounding landscape.
There's one restaurant at Khem Villas. Local and international vegetarian food is prepared by the property’s chefs, who use ingredients sourced from the organic farms on site. All food is vegetarian. The property also features an indoor bar with a relaxed, homely feel, serving a variety of beverages.
Families will especially enjoy a few nights in Khem Villas’ luxury tented accommodation. Children can take tours of the property’s organic farms and are given the opportunity to meet the resident cows.

The property supports two NGOs which were set up by the original owner. Tiger Watch seeks to protect against the loss of natural habitat and tiger poaching, while Ranthambore Foundation provides healthcare and education for surrounding villages.
