Visited by Tchaikovsky and his wife for their honeymoon, a string quartet plays every Friday evening in the restaurant. Now under the renowned management of Orient Express Hotels, the Grand Hotel Europe boasts a level of excellence that has made it one of the 'Leading Hotels of the World'.
