Food and drink
There are three beachfront restaurants offering a fusion of Caribbean cuisine and international dishes. The Palm Terrace is the more upscale open-air setting, where you’ll dine on locally inspired dishes while taking in sea views through lofty arches. The pillared and open-sided Taboras bar and restaurant offers more of a casual ambience. Here, you can unwind and enjoy a cocktail from the restaurant or terrace seating area. Theme nights are often on the menu, including a local Bajan buffet along with steak and lobster nights. Try delicacies such as Bajan spiced fried chicken or Creole style shrimp, followed by banana doughnuts or frozen coconut parfait. For light bites and refreshments, head to Beach Club or enjoy signature cocktails and fine wines in both restaurant bars.
Families are welcome year-round, though the atmosphere is quite grown up. There is no kids' club, but some supervised activities are available for children in the school holiday periods, ranging from treasure hunts and races to sandcastle building. Older children can try activities at the water sports facility or enjoy beach cricket, Bajan games and movie nights.
Facilities and activities
Near the pool are two floodlit tennis courts and the stunning beachfront. Here, you can participate in a range of complimentary, non-motorized water sports such as kayaking, snorkeling, sail boating and paddle boarding. The hotel has a spa along with a fitness facility that has a selection of free-weights, treadmills, and elliptical machines.
