Located across from a pedestrian plaza on the edge of the stately Leopold Park, the Sofitel Brussels Europe offers a high level of comfort and service close to many museums and the European Parliament. Though it’s about 15 minutes by train to the main historic district, there are still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the area gives you a sense of day-to-day life in Brussels.
The hotel’s lobby, with its circular skylight illuminating murals and other artworks by French and Belgian artists, offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere as you enter. The rooms and suites have a clean, contemporary design, with pale neutral furnishings and pops of deep red, orange and teal, and include amenities like rain showers, pillow menus and high-end audio systems.
The excellent restaurant and bar, the 1040, offers a wide range of options throughout the day. A rooftop terrace is available for use day or night, with views over the heart of the EU, and a spa with a hammam and Turkish sauna are available for your use at the end of a long day of exploring.

The rooms, which come in Classic, Superior and Luxury, are similar to each other aside from size and quality of views. Classic rooms also have regular coffee and tea options rather than Nespresso. All rooms and suites have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibars, satellite TVs and pillow menus.
The Junior and Prestige suites both feature separate living areas, bathtubs and rain showers, while the Opera Suite also offers a dressing room, kitchenette and large windows on two sides of the living area, giving you plenty of natural light and city views.
The Sofitel Brussels Europe sits in the Place Jourdan, between Cinquantenaire Park and Leopold Park, giving you access to the European District of Brussels and its many museums. The Museum of Natural Sciences, House of European History, Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History, Autoworld and the Art & History Museum are all within a 5–15-minute walk. The historic district is a 15-minute subway ride away.
The hotel is fully accessible by elevator. Accessible rooms are available on request.
