Today you'll arrive at Ivalo Airport in the heart of northern Finnish Lapland. Once out of the airport, your private driver will drive you about 45 minutes through the magical winter landscape to your property. Your own private aurora cabin awaits, complete with a glass ceiling for optimal northern lights viewing. Spend the rest of your day at leisure exploring your snow-covered surroundings.

Your first full day in Lapland includes an activity that's been integral to life in Lapland for centuries – husky sledding. You'll have a chance to meet the excited huskies before being shown how to handle your own sled by an expert musher. Soon you'll be gliding through the pristine Arctic scenery accompanied only by the sound of paws trekking across the snow and your sled cutting through the powder.
-
This morning, you'll visit a local reindeer farm to meet and feed the herd. You'll also learn about the Sámi culture and the role reindeers play in everyday life above the Arctic Circle. In the afternoon, you'll get equipped with a pair of snowshoes and poles and enjoy a peaceful walk with your friendly guide, learning about local nature and wildlife along the way.
-
Today you'll enjoy some free time before taking a sleigh ride, pulled by snowmobile, through the Arctic silence to an aurora camp. Here you'll enjoy hot drinks and snacks as you gaze up at the sky waiting to witness one of nature's most spectacular phenomenons – the northern lights.

Your private driver will pick you up from your property and drive you to the airport in time for your flight.
