The Heritage Le Telfair is situated on the south coast of Mauritius. The long stretches of white and sandy beaches are ideal for those wanting to relax and sunbathe. The resort has 158 rooms and suites are all accommodated in villas of six to eight rooms. Some rooms have lovely views over the ocean while others overlook the gardens.
Named after a famous 19th century naturalist, Charles Telfair, the hotel reflects the colonial elegance of the time and is a "Small Luxury Hotel of the World".
The hotel also offers a great variety of cuisine in five different restaurants, their own Seven Colours Spa, an 18-hole golf course, a kids' club, a wide range of land and water sports and huge nature park. The Frederica Nature Park is great for a half day excursion (either by 4x4 or quad bike) to go birdwatching and you might even see deer, wild boar and monkeys.
