Rooms
There are just seven individually designed rooms, all named for different roads in Rovinj’s old town. While each varies in layout due to the protected nature of the building, all have custom furnishings, hardwood flooring, wooden beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, and decorative light fittings. Modern amenities include flat screen TVs, minibars, Wi-Fi access, safes, and modern bathrooms with glass showers, marble floors, and brass faucets. Some rooms feature small terraces while others have living areas or old town views.
Location
You’ll be staying in a peaceful side street on the edge of the historic old town. Rovinj’s attractions, including Church of Saint Euphemia, City Museum, and Marsala Tita Square, can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes on foot. There are also shops, ice cream, parlous, and restaurants nearby. Popular seafood spot, Giannino, is located next door to the hotel.
Food and drink
Breakfast is served buffet style and includes fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and yogurts as well as optional à la carte hot dishes. The hotel has an atmospheric wine bar and lounge for light evening meals, local delicacies, snacks, and an impressive selection of spirits, cocktails, and Croatian, Slovenian and Italian wines. Outdoor seating is available.
Facilities and activities
Facilities are limited due to the building’s historic nature. However, the friendly staff will be happy to offer advice on the best area attractions and arrange sightseeing tours and excursions.
