Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort
The Sofitel Moorea sits on the edge of a magnificent lagoon with views towards the island of Tahiti. Surrounded by dramatic inland scenery it enjoys views not only over the turquoise lagoon but also of the island’s lush mountains.
While the resort has one of the best beaches on the island and great snorkelling, a trip to Moorea is as much about exploring the dramatic and lush inland landscape as it is the marine scenery. This great value resort is a great base for discovering the island and in whale watching season (July - October) you can sometimes see passing whales out at sea from some of the overwater bungalows.
