Situated on the outskirts of Karaikkudi, the main town of Chettinad, The Bangala is designated a Heritage Hotel.

The 24 fan-cooled, airy rooms are comfortably furnished with traditional pieces and old photographs, with the communal rooms full of character. Taken good care of by the host, surrounded by a small, colorful garden and pool, it is the perfect place from which to explore the small town and nearby villages.
