Ecca Lodge

Ecca Lodge is found on a vegetated hillside in the heart of Kwandwe Reserve, and is the most recent edition to this immense Eastern Cape Game Reserve. The lodge has been decorated to the highest standards with a strong African influence infused with bright colors.

The main living area is very spacious with sitting room, bar, and a dining room with an open-plan kitchen all leading out to verandas and wide decking areas from which to observe passing game. This 'modern' lodge, with a stunning rim-flow lap pool, allows for a wonderful and relaxing time with stunning views and absolute comfort.

The main lodge and all six spacious suites overlook undulating spekboom terrain and have large living areas as well as their huge bathrooms with both shower and bath. The unique design of the lodge, incorporating stone and mesh gabion walls, sliding glass doors and corrugated iron roofing is both modern and luxurious but still very much interactive with the African bush.

The stylish and comfortable lodge perfectly complements the wonderful setting, good game and superb staff, cementing Kwandwe as the place to stay in the Eastern Cape.
