The Swiss Guest House is friendly and has plenty of character making it a popular place to stay. It is a wooden building of local design, and décor is simple and attractive. Rooms are cozy and simple but clean. Located on a hillside and surrounded by a leafy, green orchard the atmosphere at the Swiss Guest House is peaceful and relaxed.
It takes around 20 minutes to walk into Jakar along the road and down a steep hill but you will have lovely views across the surrounding valleys. A small shop sells brightly colored textiles and local jewelry. The restaurant is spacious and has a well stocked bar and a laundry service is also available.
