Ilha de Toque Toque is a lovely little hotel set up in small bungalows with views across Toque Toque bay about two and a half hours from São Paulo International Airport.
There are only 10 rooms, which share a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and restaurant. The beach is about 20 minutes down a little path but it is very quiet and isolated so well worth the walk. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, some with private Jacuzzis and all with private balcony and views.
