Elqui Domos consists of seven two-story domes each with a downstairs living area and bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with detachable roof. Each also has an ample terrace and several windows which open out to the stars. The hotel has also recently added four wooden cabins, known as 'Observatories' offering panoramic views of the valley and night time sky.
The focus here is on the appreciation of the area's fabulous skies with daily private astronomic tours during the evening. Night time horse rides, telescope handling and operating sessions can be organized through the hotel as can bike rental, daytime horse rides and car rental.
Where possible, we like to offer a range of accommodation for each stop of your trip, chosen by our specialists as some of their favorite places to stay. To help you make the right choice, we give each property a rating based on its facilities and service, but we also look for hotels with distinct character or a location that can’t be bettered.
