The entire ground floor enjoys wide open spaces, with a comfortable living room with large flat-screen television connecting to a smaller library area. The open-plan kitchen provides all the necessities for cooking meals or creating evening cocktails.
The six bedrooms are comfortably arranged with oversized beds, oversized windows and large modern bathrooms.
The villa’s exterior is well designed for relaxing, with an infinity pool outfitted with sun loungers connecting to an alfresco dining area. Stone walkways lead to the lower terraces which contain additional seating for sunbathing while stairs continue for private access to the Adriatic Sea.

The villa’s six en suite bedrooms are spacious, with a king size bed, high ceilings and full-length picture windows, many of which offer sea views. The contemporary decor complements wood floors and decorative lighting. Modern bathrooms all feature marble walk-in showers, some with sauna bathtubs. Additionally, selected bedrooms enjoy balconies or French windows to enjoy the sea breeze.
Location
Villa Amelie is located in Dubrovnik’s northern suburb, Štikovica, which offers a relaxed environment for enjoying the Dalmatian Coast. The historic city of Dubrovnik can be reached in under 15 minutes by car, while several local taverns and a small pebble beach are steps away.
Food and drink
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to cook meals, with double ovens, stove and espresso machine as well as an island for preparing dishes. An outdoor barbecue and dining area provide space for everyone to enjoy alfresco options under the stars. There are several supermarkets within a short driving distance or the villa owner can make arrangements for groceries in advance.
Facilities and activities
The villa provides a wide range of facilities from a Jacuzzi and sauna, to private beach access, freshwater pool, outdoor deck and lounge chairs and washer and dryer. In addition, the villa includes daily housekeeping, pool maintenance and a gardener, with additional options such as boat charters, parasailing, kayaking or in-house spa treatments. Most requests can be facilitated with advance notice.
