RAAS Devigarh

This majestic fort stands proudly in the heart of Rajasthan's Aravalli hills, north of Udaipur. After much restoration and rebuilding, RAAS Devigarh has been transformed into a luxurious hotel. Contemporary design maximizes the space of the reception rooms, yet blends with traditional Rajasthani decor. The richness of natural materials has been incorporated throughout, but is especially evident in the bedrooms, where the use of marble creates a feeling of luxury; the marble beds seem sculpted from the marble floor, and the color scheme in each room reflects the color of the raw semi-precious stone that has been used in the room's decor.

There are numerous dining options and activities on offer at the hotel, and for those who want a taste of local life, a visit to the local village or women's cooperative is an eye-opening experience.
