A beautiful hotel with fantastic views out across the headland and Mediterranean Sea, the Likya Residence offers a tranquil retreat yet is only a few minutes' walk into the restaurant-filled waterfront streets of Kalkan. Its grounds are spacious, stretching down toward the sea on the undeveloped headland, and include two outdoor pools, a manicured lawn and a terrace on which the hotel's restaurant is situated. Rooms have stone walls and are Mediterranean in style, all with a balcony or terrace. Inside, there is a third pool and a large spa area.
Further down the headland is the private Yali Beach Club, consisting of a café/bar and a sun lounging terrace over the sea, for use by guests of the hotel.
