Opened in 2021, the lodge is designed in the style of a Mexican hacienda, with ochre-toned buildings arranged around a central courtyard and plunge pool. The architecture and interiors draw inspiration from Moroccan and Mediterranean aesthetics, using earthy tones, polished concrete, brass, and natural fibres to create a warm, minimalist atmosphere.

Luz Culinary Lodge is a refined countryside escape near José Ignacio, where design, nature, and gastronomy come together, offering an intimate setting among olive trees, pines and vineyards.

Located just a 10-minute drive from the coastal village of José Ignacio. Nestled in a private land, the lodge is surrounded by pine forests, olive groves, vineyards, and a tranquil lagoon, offering a secluded and nature-rich setting.

Food and drink

Its Nur Restaurant offers a rotating menu of seasonal, locally sourced dishes, including shared plates, wood-fired pizzas, and a chef’s table experience featuring 16 course live fire meals.

Facilities and activities

Amenities include a heated saltwater infinity pool, tennis and beach volleyball courts, a freshwater reservoir for swimming and paddleboarding, and a wellness area with bespoke treatments and rustic fitness equipment.
