Itinerary idea in detail

With international flights from a choice of airports including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Copenhagen. Upon arrival into Copenhagen, you'll be met at the airport and driven to your centrally located hotel. Once you've settled in, embark on an hour-long boat ride through Copenhagen Harbour and the surrounding canals.

  • This morning, head into the fashionable and diverse Nørrebro district. On foot with your private guide, you'll visit Assistens Cemetery, Jægersborrggade shopping street, cobblestone lanes, and Superkilen, a long outdoor park that celebrates the city's multicultural heritage with items from around the world.

  • Spend the day outside of Copenhagen in nearby Roskilde, a city known for its history, dating back to the Viking age. You'll take the train from Copenhagen and have the day to explore Roskilde on your own. We recommend you wander the streets, visit Roskilde Cathedral and the Viking Ship Museum. At the end of the day, return to Copenhagen on the train.

  • Embark on a walking tour with a private local guide to explore the history of Copenhagen. You'll pass by the Round Tower, Parliament, Copenhagen Cathedral, Rosenborg Castle, the Stock Exchange, the University and Nyhavn, and the city’s lively waterfront district while learning about its rich history.

  • Today, join a small group for a cooking class with a professional chef to learn to make smørrebrød, Denmark's signature open-faced sandwich. In the evening, your private driver will take you to the airport in time for your flight home. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
