Lying 264 metres below sea level, the Ma'In Hot Springs is one of the most characterful hotels within reach of the Dead Sea. With just 97 rooms and a quiet setting, the property stands out from the crowd. Although service can be a little patchy, the hotel is still a good option for your time in the area, in part for its fantastic spa, which is one of the property's major selling points (day entry is payable locally).
The grounds of the hotel have been attractively landscaped, with several pools and garden areas. The location of the hotel, and the small number of rooms, make this a good option for those seeking an alternative to the larger Dead Sea hotels.
Excursions to the Dead Sea can be arranged in advance, or locally, and it takes about half an hour to drive to the Dead Sea from the hotel.
