On arrival at Cairo International Airport you will be met by one of our representatives. From here, you will be transferred by private car to your hotel in the capital.

Day at leisure to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities.

After a leisurely morning you will be driven to Alexandria.

Today you will have a full day tour of the major sites in Alexandria, including the Pompey's Pillar, Catacombs, the National Museum and Alexandria Library.

After the journey back to Cairo, you have the rest of the day at leisure.

Today you will be collected from your hotel for a full day guided tour of the Pyramids at Giza (and the Sphinx), Saqqara and Dahshur.

Today's activities include a guided tour of the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities with your private guide plus a visit to the ancient citadel — its hilltop location offers wonderful views over the city. You will also explore Mohammed Ali mosque, and the labyrinthine souqs of the Khan el-Khalili bazaar.

Today you have a full day exploring the intricacies of medieval Cairo and its historic monuments.

After your short flight to Luxor you have a guided tour of Luxor Museum, where many of the exhibits are from the temples and tombs of the Theban area.

This morning you will be transferred to your cruise and will enjoy an excursion to the magnificent temple of Karnak. After lunch visit the West Bank to explore the picturesque tombs in the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, as well as the modernist-looking temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

You will sail to Qena early this morning where you will visit the fabulously preserved Temple complex of Dendera. Enjoy lunch on board as you gently cruise to Luxor where you will visit the famous Luxor Temple.

Visit Edfu temple this morning and take part in a fabulous Egyptian cookery lesson. You will have a chance to visit the crocodile god Sobeks temple at Kom Ombo before your lavish 'Egyptian Night' dinner.

After viewing Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk, take a traditional sail boat ride on a 'felucca'. This evening the crew will host a superb gala dinner for your last night on board.

Today you have the opportunity to visit the temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel. After a short flight down Lake Nasser, you will be met and transferred to the archaeological site with your guide, who will explain the history of the monuments, before you enter the temples themselves. After flying back to Aswan, you have the afternoon at leisure to relax or explore Aswan's souqs.

Enjoy a leisurely morning before catching your flight to Cairo, where you will be collected and taken to your airport hotel for your last night in Egypt.
