Posada La Poza

Posada La Poza is a charming eight room boutique hotel with great hospitality. It is located about a 10-minute drive down an unpaved dirt track just out of the center of Todos Santos.

The hotel is nestled in a lovely tranquil spot next to a freshwater lagoon and palm grove within walking distance of the beach (no swimming). The hotel décor has traditional and modern elements but always with a Mexican flavor, such as hand-painted tiles, authentic Mexican textiles and tasteful wood accents. The spacious rooms all have king beds or two double beds and include air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, minibar, safe, CD player, binoculars and bird guidebook (for birdwatching and to enjoy fabulous sunsets), orthopedic mattresses and memory foam and high quality linens. They have spacious bathrooms equipped with soft and fluffy bathrobes for every guest.

There is purposefully no TV nor phone in the rooms as the idea is to really get away from the stresses and strains of the outside world, but wireless high speed internet access is an amenity in all rooms. All the rooms have either a patio or a terrace in front to enjoy the beautiful view of the gardens, the freshwater lagoon and the Pacific. There is a lovely salt-water pool, a Jacuzzi and they offer a massage service. The restaurant here 'El Gusto' is an attraction in itself and you will often find locals dining here too. It is closed on Thursdays but they will still provide food for guests. The hotel generally only accepts children over 13 but they do make the occasional exception.
