Fish River Lodge has a superb location with incredible views over the impressive Fish River Canyon. There are 20 comfortable, modern chalets based in a privately owned reserve of around 45,000 hectares, including a stunning 80 km stretch along the canyon rim.

Fish River Canyon is 27 km wide at its broadest point, and home to a number of natural pools, a wide variety of game and incredibly beautiful picnic spots, which only now have been discovered and are easily reachable for guests. The lodge has superb views into the canyon and is the only one in the area that offers day hiking trips in the canyon itself.
