With its powder-soft white sand, clear turquoise waters, and a distinctly castaway feel, Koh Kradan is often considered one of the Andaman coast’s most naturally beautiful islands. Part of Hat Chao Mai National Park, it has remained largely untouched by development, giving it a peaceful, unspoiled atmosphere.

There’s little in the way of infrastructure, which is very much part of Koh Kradan’s appeal. Life here revolves almost entirely on the shoreline. A long sweep of white sand lines the east coast, where calm, crystal-clear waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

Just offshore, coral reefs are easily reached from the beach, offering vibrant marine life. Inland, dense tropical vegetation covers much of the island, with narrow paths linking a small collection of low-key properties to the beaches.
