Inn of the Governors

Formerly an ice cavern, livery stable, garage and General Motors dealership, the Inn of the Governors welcomed its first guests in 1965, around the time that Santa Fe's popularity as a tourist destination began to increase.

Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, the inn offers a year-round outdoor swimming pool, garden patio and free onsite parking.

The Del Charro Saloon provides a relaxed, informal setting for drinks and dinner whilst there is also a wide variety of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Complimentary tea and sherry are also served every afternoon in the lobby. The warm and welcoming guest rooms are decorated in vibrant hues with Native American rugs, hand-carved furnishings, Spanish artwork and local tinwork adding character.
