Located on a small island on the Hau River, and partly shaded by ancient banyan trees, the Azerai Can Tho provides a relaxing retreat in the heart of the Mekong Delta region. The style of the property contrasts greatly to the surrounding area with clean straight lines and modern, minimalist decor. Each of the 60 rooms offer either a garden, river or lake view and all come with large terraces to enjoy the surroundings. Facilities at the hotel include a large pool area, extensive spa and two restaurants serving a mix of Vietnamese, Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine.

Rooms

All rooms have a modern and minimalist decor and you will find no difference between the three categories in regards to size, amenities, and design. The difference is the views, and whilst all have scenic vantage points which can be enjoyed on private balconies, we recommend upgrading to the River Rooms to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Bassac River.

Perched on a small island on the Hau River, the Azerai Can Tho has an idyllic remote location whilst remaining easily accessible to the busy riverside city of Can Tho, which can be reached in as little as 20 minutes. Ho Chi Minh City is a three and a half hour drive away.

Food and drink

Guests can choose to dine at The Café, which serves a fine range of Vietnamese and international dishes — or, The Grill, which specialises in small plates and platters designed for sharing. With a range of delicious wines and cocktails available, The Lounge & Bar is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Mekong Delta.
