The Peabody

The elegant and charming Peabody Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Memphis, just blocks from attractions like Beale Street, the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum, Gibson Guitar Factory, the National Civil Rights Museum and Sun Studios. Built in 1925, the property is featured on the National Register of Historic Places. 

There are two restaurants, the Capriccio Grill and Chez Philippe, as well as an indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool spa. The hotel has 464 guest rooms that are architecturally unique and feature sitting areas and offer complimentary newspapers. One of Memphis' most popular attractions, the Peabody ducks march to and from the Grand Lobby daily at 11am and 5pm in a time-honoured tradition dating back to 1933.
