Your money is safe when you travel with us. If the UK government changes to advise against travel to your destination, or your journey to your destination is disrupted, we’ll give you the choice to**:
- Accept alternative arrangements
- Postpone your holiday to a later date*
- Switch your destination*
- Receive a full refund
And, because we’re ATOL and ABTOT protected, you can be certain that any trip we create for you is financially covered.
*A postponed or switched trip might differ in cost from your original trip based on the destination, time of year, and your choices of hotels and route.
**We typically work 3-4 weeks out prior to your departure date. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of any holiday being cancelled.
