Aerial tram, Costa Rica

Arenal Rainforest Sky Tram and Trek

This excursion enables you to experience the most spectacular views of Arenal volcano, the lake and surrounding rainforest as you travel by cable car high above the ground.

You will take the Sky Tram, a spectacular, 30 minute, aerial gondola ride through beautiful rainforest, up to the Miguel Angel observatory. The cable cars provide a smooth, slow-paced ride, offering a breathtaking vista of the surrounding natural beauty.

The Sky Tram terminates at the observatory, where you can see right across the Tilarán mountain range. Relax, take a walk and enjoy the views before deciding whether to return the same way or via the Canopy Tour; a 1,093-metre-long zip line system. This thoroughly enjoyable and exhilarating experience allows you to soar through the trees along safe and secure cables, zip lining from platform to platform through the forest canopy.

The Sky Tram is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, however the Canopy Tour does require a good level of fitness and is unsuitable for children under the age of 8 years old.
