Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica

Half Day Quad Bike Tour

Half Day Quad Bike Tour, Costa Rica

The Quads Adventure ATV tour combines adrenalin and adventure with incredible wildlife and tropical forest, all set within the shadow of the majestic Arenal Volcano.

You will follow a trail that cuts through lush pastureland to the base of the volcano, where you will have numerous opportunities to view the volcano and the surrounding landscape. You will eventually arrive at Lago de Los Lirios (Lilly Lake), which has the distinction of being the only lake in the area that contains sulphur residues from the volcano.

The trail continues through humid, tropical forest allowing you to observe the area's diverse flora and fauna, before arriving at a lookout point. From here you will enjoy one of the best views of the volcano and some of its most recent flows as your naturalist guide tells you about the volcano's history and characteristics.

At the end of the tour you will return to where you started on the ATVs. Finally, before returning to your hotel, you will have the opportunity to take a dip in a swimming pool.

This half-day tour includes a picnic lunch.
