Rooms
In addition to its full service RV Park, the resort has a wide range of cabins and log suites to suit both couples and families. Choose from either the one bedroom log suites and chalets or the more traditional two or three bedroom log houses, all of which provide an authentic Canadian wilderness experience. All cabins and chalets are en suite with TVs, and some have kitchen facilities for self-catering.
Location
The resort is located about 30 minutes’ drive along a government maintained gravel road south of Clearwater, on the edge of Hallamore Lake. Wells Gray Provincial Park is around an hour's drive away.
Food and drink
The Boathouse restaurant and Lakeside Patio provide a variety of meal options. For those who are looking to self-cater, it's advisable to pick up groceries from Clearwater when passing through as this is the nearest supermarket to the resort.
Families
Families are well catered for here, with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities offered to keep the children occupied and flexible accommodation arrangements available in a number of cabins.
Honeymooners
The one bedroom Bridal/Couples Retreat Suite provides an intimate and romantic stay for those celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary, featuring a king size bed, a Jacuzzi and a kitchenette.
Facilities and activities
There are numerous activities offered on site, including fishing, boating, hiking, cycling, horse riding and canoeing.
Indoor activities are catered for at the activity center, where you'll find a variety of games, a ping pong table and seating areas for relaxing. Surrounding the main building are substantial grounds for informal games like football and baseball. There's also a children’s playground and a large lake view Jacuzzi. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
