There are six room and suite categories, the largest of which can accommodate up to ten people. The entry-level hotel rooms have either a queen bed or two doubles and interior views of the courtyard. Meanwhile, the suites come in a variety of sizes, offering one or two bedrooms and separate living rooms, as well as kitchenettes for self-catering, with most offering mountain views. Most also have balconies, where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. All rooms and suites are well-appointed with tea/coffee making facilities, safes, hairdryers and TVs.
The hotel is located on the town’s main thoroughfare, Banff Avenue, approximately ten minutes’ walk from the main strip of shops, restaurants and bars. There's a stop for the Banff Roam bus located outside the hotel for those who prefer not to walk, which the hotel provides complimentary passes for.
Food and drink
The hotel's restaurant is part of a chain franchise, Chili's Grill & Bar. It's a popular family choice, serving American-style grill options with a Mexican twist. There's also Chili's Margarita Bar in the lounge, where guests can relax with a drink. A complimentary continental breakfast is available for guests, consisting of a range of pastries and cereals.
The various suites can accommodate family groups, with the Superior Two Bedroom Suite able to accommodate up to ten people.
