Although quite easily the ugliest building in Aswan, perched like an airport control tower in the middle of the Nile, the Mövenpick is actually a very pleasant place to stay.
Located on the famous Elephantine Island, it boasts excellent views and beautiful gardens. There are good facilities and the new swimming pool is without question Aswan's finest.
