  • Upon arrival into London, a private driver will be waiting to pick you up and take you to your hotel. Your adventure begins with a private vintage Mini Cooper tour that drives past London's major sights. In this two hour tour, your driver will show you iconic landmarks like Big Ben, the London Eye, and Tower Bridge, as well as other lesser-known sites that may pique your interest. Your driver will either leave you at your hotel or at a nearby attraction to explore, if you'd prefer. This afternoon, explore the Churchill War Rooms at your own pace and learn more about the famed world leader, considered by many to be England's greatest.

  • Today, a private guide will take you to see two of London's most famous historical attractions. Your expert guide will greet you at your hotel, then accompany you on the London Underground to Westminster Abbey for a guided tour of its many memorials and relics. Next, make your way to the Tower of London, the city's most famous castle, via a boat ride on the River Thames which bisects the city. The cruise will provide you with a grand perspective of the city's unique skyline.

  • Today, a private driver-guide will meet you for a full day tour of the highlights of Canterbury and Dover. Upon arrival in Canterbury, a local guide will take you on a walking tour through the city's cobbled medieval streets. Learn about Canterbury's history and architecture as you meander beneath overhanging, timbered buildings. Afterwards, continue on to the National Trust White Cliffs of Dover with your driver-guide. Enjoy impressive vistas across the cliffs before returning to London.

  • This morning, meet your guide at your hotel and make your way to Greenwich by boat. Once there, you can explore the Royal Museums including the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark and the National Maritime Museum.

  • This morning, you'll bid farewell to London and make your way to the train station for a journey out west to the university town of Oxford. Your hour-long train ride will be a comfortable, calm journey giving you your first taste of the rolling hills of the English countryside. You'll arrive at Oxford railway station, where you'll make your way to your hotel. This afternoon, you'll be given a guided tour by an Oxford university graduate. Your lively guide will give you plenty of insight into what makes Oxford one of the world's most fascinating and unique universities, not to mention picturesque. This will also give you the chance to see how the city has developed around the university, with some of its own architectural and artistic quirks.

  • Your private driver will transport you to the sprawling, beautiful Blenheim Palace, just a brief drive out of the city. Upon entering the palace, meet your guide for a tour of its grounds and artifacts, including a fascinating exhibit on Winston Churchill, who was born here. The rest of your day is at leisure in Oxford; you may choose to shop along Queen Street or hire a punter to row you down the river.

  • Today, make your own way back to the train station to head to Liverpool, a journey of approximately three hours. Upon arrival in Liverpool, make your own way to your hotel. After settling in, embark on an evening ale trail that visits several pubs frequented by The Beatles. As you journey between the pubs your expert guide will regale you with tales of the Fab Four's early beginnings in Liverpool. The tour typically finishes at the historic Cavern Club, which you can enter to watch live music.

  • Today, your private driver will meet you at your hotel for a full day tour of Liverpool. Your first stop will be Pier Head, where you will meet your private guide to learn more about the history and architecture of the city's waterfront. Next, return to the heart of the city to explore the historic downtown before finishing your tour with a visit to Port Sunlight Village on the other side of the Mersey River.

  • This morning, return to the train station for your onward journey to York. After arriving in York, settle in at your hotel before getting acquainted with the history of York on a private walking tour. If you wish, you can climb up and walk along the city walls, taking in views as your guide provides historical context on how York evolved into the modern city it is today while retaining its medieval character. Take the rest of the day on your own to shop and dine.

  • Today is a full day with a private driver-guide exploring significant sites in the York area. Visit the impressive Castle Howard and mystical Rievaulx Abbey, with a stop in the market town of Helmsley in between. Your day of exploration will conclude back in York where you'll have the evening at leisure.

The train will follow the shoreline toward the end of the journey as you approach the city, providing nice views of the seaside towns and villages. Upon arrival in Edinburgh, make your way to your hotel. Once you've checked into your hotel, explore the bustling city on your own or just relax.

  • Today a walking guide will take you on a tour of Edinburgh’s Old and New Town neighborhoods. Wander the cobbled streets of the fascinating city as your guide alerts you to the history and the secrets lying down the fabled closes (alleys) and over and underpasses. Your guide will also explain the stark contrast between the classical Old Town and the more modern, gridded New Town, and take you up Arthur's Seat, a hill overlooking the entire surrounding area, for a bird's-eye view of the city.

  • This morning your driver-guide will meet you at your hotel for a day out of the city exploring the castles and palaces of the Edinburgh area. You will spend the day touring famous historical sites including Rosslyn Chapel, Linlithgow Palace, and Hopetoun House, before returning to the city in time to discuss your journeys over dinner.

Here, a local guide will show you around the grounds and provide a taste of the palace’s vast art collection and artifacts. Your driver will take you back to Edinburgh for your last evening in the city.

  • This morning your journey concludes as you check out of your hotel. Your private driver will take you directly to Edinburgh Airport for your flight home.
