This member of the Omni brand is a relatively new addition to the city’s hotel portfolio. Built from native stone and rich hardwoods enveloped in glass, the hotel is distinct in its architecture and design. Upon entering the lobby, you’ll detect the contemporary yet rustic theme with a touch of Texas in the guest rooms’ elegant decor. The hotel is well located, just a few blocks from Sundance Square.
Rooms range from standard to stately suites, deluxe doubles to premier rooms. The hotel also offers a presidential suite equipped with a large, wrap-around balcony with city views, two dining areas, a corner sofa and large sleeping area. All guest rooms are very welcoming and peaceful, sheltered from external noise.
Ideally positioned on Houston Street, within walking distance to lively Main Street and Commerce Street, the Omni is a convenient retreat from which to explore Fort Worth. The water gardens are directly opposite the hotel. Venture one block further, and you are in the center of Sundance square with its bars, restaurants and performance stage. The historic Stockyards area is a ten minute drive north.
Cast Iron, the main restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, designed around local Texan delicacies. Bob’s Steak and Chop House specializes in classic, American steak and fine dining. Wine enthusiasts should sample the Wine Thief, a secluded bar with outdoor seating overlooking the water gardens. Whisky Rye is the onsite Honky Tonk bar, a lively spot for homemade Texan whisky cocktails. There’s also a coffee shop on site.
With a wide range of activities and a central location within reach of Fort Worth’s many attractions, the Omni caters for all ages.
The Omni is ideally located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The city is rapidly growing, and the views from the guest rooms may show the construction. But the rooms are spacious, the spa across the road is superb, and the food options are excellent.
Where possible, we like to offer a range of accommodation for each stop of your trip, chosen by our specialists as some of their favorite places to stay. To help you make the right choice, we give each property a rating based on its facilities and service, but we also look for hotels with distinct character or a location that can’t be bettered.
