Arrive into Jordan’s capital city, Amman, where you’re met by your private driver and taken to your hotel to relax for the rest of the day after your flight.

Today you head out of Amman for a private tour of Jerash, a well-preserved Greco-Roman city filled with temples and colonnaded streets. In the afternoon, meet your local guide for a private tasting tour of Amman’s markets, cafés and food stalls.

A private driver will collect you this morning for the journey from Amman to Petra, stopping en route to view the ancient mosaics in Madaba, take in the view from Mount Nebo and tour crusader castles at Kerak and Shobak.

Spend the full day exploring Petra with your private local guide. You enter through the hidden canyon of the Siq before hiking to the monastery, where you should arrive well before the crowds.

As there is so much to see at Petra, you spend another full day at the site to explore on your own without a guide. You could visit the Royal Tombs or, if you’re feeling adventurous, hike to the High Place of Sacrifice for impressive views down to the Treasury.

Leaving Petra, you make your way to the Dead Sea for a night of relaxation and rejuvenation within the sea’s therapeutic mud and water.

This morning you travel by car from the Dead Sea to Jerusalem via the Allenby Bridge border crossing. Stop along the way to visit the site where Jesus is believed to have been baptized. In the evening, share a special Shabbat dinner with a local family.

Spend the morning touring Old Jerusalem, with a private guide, visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Western Wall. You can then cross over into the West Bank for a tour of Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem.

Travel north with your private driver-guide from Jerusalem to the ancient crusader city of Acre, located less than two hours away, stopping along the way to visit important Christian sites such as Zippori, known for being the place where the Mishna was redacted in 220 CE as well as the birthplace of the Virgin Mary. Next, stop at Nazareth to visit the Church and Grotto of the Annunciation. You’ll then continue on to your hotel Acre.
