Situated in Boudnath just five minutes' walk from Boundath Stupa, Hotel Tibet International has all of the modern facilities needed from a hotel along with loads of Tibetan decor and charm.
Each room is complete with sitting area, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel itself has a second floor restaurant where you can watch the world go by whilst eating your freshly prepared Tibetan fare, a bar to enjoy a drink in and a neighboring spa to relax in.
No visit would be complete without an evening walk to the Stupa to circle with the monks and locals who visit to light butter lamps and make their offerings. It makes a stunning end to the day.
