Itinerary idea in detail

Private customized tour. Ask us about booking your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • Arrive into New Zealand today and fly from Auckland to New Plymouth, where you will be met by a representative who will transport you to your city accommodation. Spend the next two days exploring the artistic town of New Plymouth.

  • Today spend the day hiking the dormant stratovolcano, Mount Taranaki. Your expert guide will help you to take the challenging hike and show you points that have great scenic overlooks.

  • This morning you will be collected from your New Plymouth accommodation and transported to the airport to collect your vehicle. From New Plymouth drive along the Forgotten World Highway to Taupo, where you will check into your next accommodation which sits on the shores of Lake Taupo. Spend the evening exploring Taupo and the surrounding region.

  • Wake early this morning to meet your guide for your half day tour of fly-fishing. Your guide will provide all of your equipment and teach you how to fly fish on one of the famous rivers around Taupo. This afternoon is at leisure.

  • Make your own way to Kinloch Club where you will be supplied with clubs and all necessary equipment before heading out for a round of golf. After your round of golf, the rest of the day is at leisure to explore Lake Taupo.

  • This morning drive to the Taupo Airport and drop your vehicle at the car depot before catching your onward flight. Fly from Taupo to Queenstown via Auckland. Upon arrival in Queenstown, you will be met by a representative who will transport you to your accommodation. Stay four nights in the adventure capital of New Zealand, Queenstown. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

  • Early this morning you will be collected for your full day tour to Milford Sound. Spend the morning on the coach driving through the beautiful mountain and lake region of New Zealand to Milford Sound. Once you arrive at Milford Sound, you will board a boat to cruise down the fiord and to see Mitre Peak, waterfalls and hopefully marine wildlife like penguins and dolphins. Following your cruise, you will disembark and board a light aircraft to fly back to Queenstown. We recommend having your camera out to take pictures of the snowy mountain tops and large lakes.

  • Make your own way to Jack's Point where you will be supplied with clubs and all necessary equipment before heading out for a round of golf at Jack's Point. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore Queenstown and the surrounding regions.

  • During today's small group tour you will explore the Dart River, which is along the northern end of Lake Wakatipu and acts as the entrance to Mount Aspiring National Park. After being brought to Glenorchy, you will board one of the jet boats to travel up the river. As you move, be sure to enjoy the scenery surrounding you that served as the filming locations for a number of scenes from Lord of the Rings. After the excitement of the jet boat, you will get into your inflatable kayaks to cruise down the river at a more leisurely pace. Following your lunch break, you will then get to take the funyaks up a part of the river (that is otherwise inaccessible) to a stunning waterfall.

  • You will be collected from your accommodation and transported to the airport in time for your onward flight.
