Bawah Island offers 35 luxurious stand-alone Overwater Bungalows, Beach and Garden Suites on a secluded archipelago which can only be reached by seaplane from the island of Batam. All stays are on a full board basis and include transport to the island from Singapore, all non-alcoholic drinks, activities, and the wellness centre's yoga classes, Pilates and a daily spa treatment per person. Please note that you need to pay for diving and alcohol at the resort. Rooms
Bawah Island offers 35 luxurious stand-alone Overwater Bungalows, Beach and Garden Suites. These are set either side of the main arrival jetty and are classed as east and west side. All rooms come with a private outside space with loungers as well as a covered deck. The main bedroom is air-conditioned, however the bathroom is fan cooled. All room types can offer Wi-Fi and iPad, minibar and pantry, fresh filtered sparkling and still water, snorkelling equipment, bathtub and separate rain shower, double vanity, safe, complimentary laundry (unlimited) and bathrobes. They also provide beach ponchos, hats and a beach bag for your use around the resort.
Location
Bawah Reserve is located in the Anambas Archipelago of Indonesia, accessible only by seaplane from the island of Batam. Due to the remoteness you will be able to enjoy the numerous dining and entertainment options available at the resort to all in-house guests.
Food and drink
Tree Tops restaurant is the main resort restaurant and prepares fresh food in an open-air setting overlooking the resort and lagoon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests may also dine at The Boat House bar and restaurant for a more casual lunch or evening meal as well as The Grouper beach and pool bar. The Jules Verne bar is located at the lookout to enjoy sunset cocktails. All food is included during your stay only paying for alcoholic beverages. All establishments offer a freshly prepared mix of international and Asian cuisine.

The only activity that is chargeable is diving and packages can be arranged directly with the dive master based at the resort.
