Food and drink
The Lagoon Café is an elegant beach house style bar and restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy impressive views over the Atlantic Ocean as you dine al fresco on Mediterranean-influenced seafood and tapas.
Tides Bar & Grill, open for dinner, serves locally sourced delicacies and fresh catches of the day, the menu features traditional and inventive dishes with a subtle Caribbean twist. The dining room provides serene ocean views, with the option to dine under the stars on the terrace, if the weather permits.
The Hamptons-esque lounge and bar, Turtles, provides a relaxing escape from the daytime Caribbean sun. Visit for a pre-dinner cocktail or post-dinner digestif.

Facilities and activities
Canouan has the only championship 18-hole golf course in the Grenadines. Played over two nine-hole loops, the Jim Fazio course meanders around the bay for outstanding views of the beaches and reef and then climbs the hillside, continuing the incredible vistas of Canouan and the surrounding islands. A sundowner at the 13th hole is an exceptional experience.
Visit the resorts water sports centre where a selection of non-motorised activities such as hobie cats, windsurfing equipment and kayaks are all available for guest use. There is a fully equipped gym and three all weathered tennis courts. Rent a racket at the pro-shop and take to the floodlit courts for an evening game.
Hop onto your golf buggy or a bicycle, navigating your way around the island’s tortoises on a leisurely gaunt to find the 17th century Anglican church hidden among the tropical greenery.
