Stay at Chigdem Hotel, Alacati

The Chigdem Hotel sits towards the top of a hill close to the centre of Alacati, making it a peaceful but still central location.

Chigdem Hotel, Alacati, Turkey

Owned and managed by a friendly family team, the Chigdem offers a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere. The swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking and large, vibrant cushions, while the rooftop terrace has fantastic views across Alaçati, making it a great place to relax in the evening with a drink from the rooftop bar. The property sits towards the top of a hill, close to the heart of Alaçati, making it a peaceful but still central location. Each of the 11 rooms is unique, stylishly decorated by the owner’s daughter-in-law with attractive vintage furnishings. Just outside is a small but pretty garden, and there is an outdoor terraced restaurant serving as the breakfast area as well as being a good place to have dinner if you book in advance.

Where possible, we like to offer a range of accommodation for each stop of your trip, chosen by our specialists as some of their favourite places to stay. To help you make the right choice, we give each property a rating based on its facilities and service, but we also look for hotels with distinct character or a location that can’t be bettered.

    Experiences while staying here

The following activities are designed to give you the most authentic experiences of the area where you’re staying. We work with local guides, who use their knowledge and often a resident’s eye to show you the main sights and more out-of-the-way attractions. Our specialists can also suggest outdoor pursuits and activities, such as cooking classes, that will introduce you to the traditions of the area’s inhabitants.
