The Listel offers five room and suite categories that are all well-appointed, modern and bright. Amenities in all rooms includes individually-controlled air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi access, a coffee maker, a pay-per-view TV and a hairdryer.
Both the Standard and Museum Floor rooms come with either one king bed or two queen beds. Museum Floor rooms are distinguished in that they pay tribute to British Columbia through contemporary northwest coast art and colors reflecting the region's forests. They're also more spacious than the entry-level Standard rooms. Gallery Floor rooms are somewhat larger and features a chaise lounge and individually selected world art on the walls.
Artist Series Suites have one bedroom and a separate living area. Their furnishings reflect world-renowned artists, with the decor influenced by Art Deco, Italian Modern, French Provincial and Neo Classical styles to create a unique and attractive space for guests. Finally, BC Suites offer a touch more space and luxury, with the top floor suite even boasting its own patio area. They're each appointed with limited edition west coast artwork and have a living room separate from the main bedroom.
