Rooms
True to the Armani style, the rooms are elegantly minimalist, beautiful in the simplicity of their style and furnished with the highest quality material. Privacy here is paramount; the room’s security camera will show you who is outside and there's a circular alcove to screen your room from anyone at the door. The rooms themselves are in classic Armani shades with gray leather walls and sumptuous fabrics on the beds. Each room uses the latest technology, with everything from the curtains to the air-conditioning and lighting controlled by iPad. The gray marble bathrooms are all equipped with large bath tubs and separate walk-in showers.
Location
The Armani Hotel sits above Milan’s flagship Emporio Armani store, in the heart of the city’s so called Quadrilatero d'Oro (golden rectangle) of designer shops. The up and coming boutique shopping area of Brera is around a ten minute walk, while the central Duomo area is around 15 to 20 minutes on foot. This is where you’ll find the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II arcade and La Scala opera house.
Food and drink
Breakfast is a traditional buffet with a selection of hot a la carte options, all served in the 7th floor restaurant with panoramic views across the city. During the day, light lunches are available in the Bamboo Bar. The Michelin starred Armani Ristorante serves a selection of gourmet meals in the evenings. In the Emporio Armani store below you’ll also find the much lauded Nobu Milan restaurant.
Facilities and activities
The Armani Spa is the largest in Milan and looks out across the city from the top floor. There’s a full gym as well as numerous individual sauna and stream room cabins. The highlight, though, is the view of Milan from the raised spa pool.
