The Springs is a magical property in the heart of Rotorua. The property is purpose built to allow a sublime mix of space and good taste, and it is perhaps the only establishment of its type which can offer such elegant comfort so close to the town center.

Four spacious guest rooms, each decorated exquisitely in a 1930s style, have access to a large communal living room, kitchen, terrace and garden. Each opens out into a private area of the garden, and all have en suite facilities. The walls are adorned with black and white pictures of old Rotorua, providing a real talking point and giving you a sense of the history of the region.

Your hosts are wonderfully welcoming and will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy the region fully.
