Built in 2016 as a 20 passenger motor yacht, the Origin (and her sister boat, Theory) has quickly become known for its high standard of service, attention to detail and comfort. The ship's lowest deck, Finch Deck, contains a small gym for keeping active. The Beagle Deck features ten identical staterooms with modern amenities and plenty of natural light from large picture windows. In addition guests can find a small boutique and library as well as a four-person Jacuzzi. The Darwin Deck houses an indoor bar and lounge area as well as the indoor dining room and some outdoor seating. In addition there is a small observatory area in front of the ship's bridge. The Sun Deck tops off the ship with a large outdoor dining area, grill and bar as well as lounge chairs for enjoying the Galapagos sun.


The ship's ten staterooms are identical in size and style, with either two twin beds or one king bed. Each room is furnished with fine bed linens, individual climate control, full length unobstructed windows and private bathroom with ocean views. In addition, guests can enjoy flat screen Apple TVs with pre-loaded movies, universal docking stations and in-room espresso machine.
