After checking into your hotel, you'll make your way to the Palm Spring Aerial Tramway for a bird's-eye view of this beautiful part of California. The tramway operates along the rugged cliffs of Chino Canyon and up to Mt. San Jacino State Park, where you’ll find restaurants, observation decks, a museum and quite a few hiking trails. The ride to the top is in the world’s largest rotating tram cars, which allow you to take in sweeping views over the canyon and valley floor from all angles.

You'll see distinctive homes, celebrity hideaways, familiar film locations, and well-preserved commercial and civic buildings, as well as other structures that provide variety to the Palm Springs cityscape.
