The Pig’s Inn No.2 Bishan is a simple, wooden, family-run guesthouse in the rural village of Bishan, surrounded by fields, rivers and mountains. We like this boutique inn for its Huizhou architecture from the Ming and Qing dynasties.
The clean and simple guest rooms, which feature modern bathrooms, all have verandas overlooking two peaceful stone courtyards. Additionally, the dining rooms are next to a pond. There is a library for guests to enjoy reading or chatting, and the viewing platforms allows guests to take in the view.
Please note that no English is spoken at the hotel but you can ask your guide to explain the meal routines and assist with ordering food if necessary.

We love the rustic charm and the location of this property and feel that it is suitable for clients who want to experience authentic rural China, without all the luxuries.

There are ten simple and comfortable guest rooms and suites, with a limited choice of twin or double beds. There are family rooms with three beds or loft-style bunk beds available.
