Hotel Lilla Roberts gives you the opportunity to stay in Helsinki’s Kaartinkaupunki area, just a short walk from Esplanade Park and many of the city’s highlights. Inspired by the styles of the 1930s, the hotel’s Art Deco interiors give it a distinctive, inviting atmosphere that’s reflected in its rooms and suites. Here, neutral and monochrome tones combine with plush furnishings, creating a welcoming space to retreat to after a day of exploring.

As well as a 24-hour gym, the hotel has its own restaurant that offers a relaxed Nordic dining experience from breakfast to dinner, as well as a creative cocktail bar.

Rooms

Staying here, you have several room types to choose from, all en suite and with a good range of amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and TVs. Their decor echoes the rest of the hotel, with tasteful nods to the 1930s, hardwood parquet floors, and Art Deco bathrooms with walk-in showers or bathtubs. The larger Style rooms and suites have high ceilings, with suites also having a lounge area complete with Nespresso machine. Connecting rooms provide space and privacy for families and groups of friends.

Location

The hotel’s location in Kaartinkaupunki, in the heart of the Design District, means you’re close to a variety of independent shops and galleries. You’re also within walking distance of Helsinki’s key attractions — Helsinki Cathedral is a 15-minute walk away, it’s ten minutes on foot to the Old Market Hall, and just five minutes to the Architecture & Design Museum.

  • The hotel’s restaurant, Krog Roba, is open daily, serving a buffet breakfast, weekend brunches, lunch, and dinner, with a casual Nordic menu.
  • Bar Lilla e. offers a wide range of drinks, including classic and creative cocktails, as well as light bites. Open every evening and from 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
