A large resort in a beautiful setting, The Leela’s manicured gardens are dotted with lily ponds, temples and spice gardens, creating a peaceful sanctuary on the edge of a pristine sandy beach. The hotel is designed in the style of an ancient summer palace, with Hindu bronzes and mythical ‘Yali’ statues, while its rooms have a contrasting Portuguese style. Guests receive a warm South Indian welcome and can expect an efficient, friendly service throughout their stay. With plenty of activities on offer and a variety of dining options, you may not even need to leave the resort.

Our opinion

With a great location on the golden sands of Mobor Beach, this luxurious resort is one of the best in Goa. While its size may not appeal to those looking for a more intimate, boutique experience, it does offer a wide range of facilities, ensuring you'll plenty to do while you're there. Meanwhile, those looking for a more relaxing beach stay will find ample space amongst the beautiful gardens and on the long stretch of sand.
