The RV Zawgyi Pandaw offers just 12 staterooms, providing an intimate and more personal feeling than some of the company's larger vessels. It is also notable for its shallow draught, which enables it to reach more remote areas than many similar vessels in this region.
One of the smaller members of the Pandaw fleet, the RV Zawgyi is designed with a shallower draught in order to venture into the wilder waters of the Chindwin and upper Ayeyarwady. As with other Pandaw vessels, RV Zawgyi s full of colonial charm, and guests can enjoy a wide range of fascinating experiences during the voyage to make sure their trip is a memorable one.
Every cruise is an adventure, and the journey will take you as far north as Bhamo, where the Chinese border is within touching distance, and to the far reaches of northwest Myanmar where the candle lit street markets of Homalin are a beautiful reminder of how the country once existed many years ago.
Six cabins are located on the main deck and four are found on the upper deck, each furnished in teak and brass with 14 square metres of living space. Panoramic windows offer wonderful views of the passing scenery.
